BIM

A new dimension for your designs

Regent product families in Revit format

Today, increasingly more architects, designers and contractors work using the same digital model when planning and constructing infrastructures for efficient operation. When using Building Information Modeling (BIM), a building is “created” by combining different digital components, and luminaires can be positioned in the space in the form of 3D objects. This means that when planning projects all up-to-date information about the luminaires – and the project – can be accessed simultaneously by all involved – thus enabling highly efficient communication between designers and manufacturers.

We can provide data that meet the highest requirements when it comes to real-life scenario design and planning. The planner can select from a variety of mounting options and determine how the light emitted is focussed in order to align the luminaire to the real situation.

In the course of the project planning, the luminaires are displayed to the appropriate level of detail depending on the project phase.

Regent now offers a large number of luminaires with Revit building information modeling (BIM) software. The files are compatible with Revit versions 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018. Discover new dimensions for your designs – through the BIM approach.
