The application phase
Have you found a job that interests you?
Then we invite you to upload your informative application documents to our platform. First of all we read your CV. We recommend that you focus on success, experience and knowledge with regard to the vacancy in your CV. Please also add a brief letter telling us about your motivation for working at Regent Lighting.
The personal interview
The first personal interview with a representative of our HR department and the supervisor usually takes place at your future Regent Lighting work location. Here we would like to get to know you both personally and professionally. Please prepare for this interview, we look forward to your curious and critical questions.
In a second dialogue we go into more depth and continue our exchange.
The decision
After completing the application procedure we discuss the applications as a committee and reach a decision. Then we will give you our feedback and discuss the further procedure.
Your start at Regent Lighting
Your first workday lies ahead. We welcome our newcomers together and accompany you in a well-structured manner through your first day. This is followed subsequently by your in-depth individual familiarization with the job.
An internal introductory week is held twice a year, where you have the opportunity to become acquainted with all departments and processes, and to establish valuable contacts.
